Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, on Sunday attended the Global Youth Gathering 2026, organised by The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Church in Lagos.
The programme was held at the church’s centre at No. 10, Odofin Park Estate, Ijesha Bus Stop, Lagos, bringing together young people and members of the church for the gathering.
Hamzat’s presence at the event highlighted the Lagos State Government’s engagement with youth-focused programmes and religious communities across the state.
The Global Youth Gathering is part of activities organised by The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Church to bring young people together for spiritual activities, fellowship and community engagement.
The Deputy Governor’s attendance also provided an opportunity to interact with participants and members of the congregation during the programme.
The event attracted members of the church and other participants who gathered at the Ijesha venue on Sunday.
