Cameroon’s coach, Valentine Nguele, has outlined her team’s strategy for facing Nigeria’s Super Falcons in today’s CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final.
Ahead of the match, Nguele mentioned that Cameroon will stick to its natural football style and enjoy the game against Nigeria.
The Indomitable Lionesses enter the match after leading Group D, while Nigeria secured the second position in Group C.
“We are looking forward to a challenging quarter-final,” Nguele stated on CAFonline.
“They are the favourites, having won the title ten times. We must acknowledge that.
“Against Nigeria, we will maintain our natural style of football and savor the experience.
“We aim to avoid undue pressure. Our focus is on playing and enjoying the match,” she elaborated.
