Troops from Sector 8 of Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP) have detained two individuals suspected of participating in an attack on residents harvesting crops in Sabon Layi village, located in the Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State.

The troops, stationed in Sabon Layi under Operation Hard Knock, were alerted to an alleged assault by Fulani herders.
