During the meeting, the party leaders discussed strategies for the 2027 general elections. They assessed election readiness and emphasized the importance of coordinated campaigns aimed at securing victories for their candidates across all levels.
The meeting saw attendance from NDC governorship candidates, including Ibrahim Kashim for Bauchi State, Shamsu Aliyu for Sokoto State, and Sunusi Kashim Ibrahim for Borno State. Additionally, key figures such as Buba Galadima and the NDC State Chairmen of Kebbi, Alhaji Mustapha Umar, and Sokoto, Alhaji Bello Sani Yabo, were also present.
