Nigerian singer Ayra Starr has reached another significant international milestone with her latest album, Starrgirl, debuting at No. 4 on the Billboard World Albums chart. This accomplishment was recorded for the week of August 29, 2026, just two weeks after the album’s release.
Starrgirl entered the chart behind three K-pop releases: Stray Kids’ This & That, CORTIS’ GREEN GREEN, and ATEEZ’s Golden Hour: Part.5. South African singer Tyla’s APOP secured the fifth position.
Released on August 14, 2026, through Mavin Records and Republic Records, Starrgirl is Ayra Starr’s third studio album, following 19 & Dangerous (2021) and The Year I Turned 21 (2024).
